But he claims that as he tried to give information to police, he was dragged from his vehicle and shot with the high-voltage Taser. Mr Kennedy-Macfoy was charged with obstructing police — but was later cleared by magistrates. His solicitor has now filed a detailed complaint to the Metropolitan Police over the incident in Harrow, North West London, last September. It is the 12th allegation of racism currently being probed by the force, involving 26 officers

A FIREMAN claims he was arrested, abused and shot with a stun gun while trying to help cops — because he was BLACK.

Edric Kennedy-Macfoy, 28, stopped his car as he drove past violent scenes outside a house party.

But he claims that as he tried to give information to police, he was dragged from his vehicle and shot with the high-voltage Taser.
